Agreement Between Users and Passage
The Passage Education, LLC (referred to as “Passage”, ”Us”, or “Our”) Website encompasses a network of web pages operated by Passage. The Passage Website (the “Website” or “Site”) is defined to include www.passageeducation.com, passagecdlschool.com, and all other web pages operated by Passage. The Passage Website is offered to you, the User(s), conditioned on your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). Your use of the Passage Website establishes your agreement to all the Terms. By any means, including but without limitation to web browser and mobile devices accessing and using the Passage Website, you agree that your access to and use of the Site is subject to these Terms. Passage reserves the right to modify the Terms and notices under which the Passage Website is offered. Passage does not assure that other Users will be compliant with the foregoing Terms, and, you hereby assume all risk of harm or injury resulting from any such lack of compliance. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of Texas. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the Collin County, Texas.
